File.expand_path("NUL") and File.expand_path("NUL:") should expand to "//./NUL" on Windows. Instead it appears to be expanding to the end of the current path.

NUL is a special device on Windows, equivalent to /dev/null.

Also happens when doing: File.expand_path(File::NULL)
