native threads disabled with C extensions #259

appears native threads are disabled when executing C extension in jruby 1.7 preview2 (OS X 10.8).

Only one thread can ever be executing in C extension code at a time, but threads executing ruby/java code are unaffected.

This cannot be fixed, and C extension support is deprecated.

Thanks for explanation. Will look at java extension instead.
