Recent regression or not?

What JDK version are you running on?

Tested on Windows 10 with JDK 1.8.0_202, various JRuby 9.2.x versions tested.

It is working with JRuby 9.1.8.

New re-re-regression.

Reverting back to jline-2.11 and readline-1.1.1 did the trick, again...

Any chance to avoid upgrading to un-tested readline versions on Windows?

its unfortunate that only 1.1.1 is pushed to RGs ... @headius we really should push out all releases.
do not have a windows machine around but if anyone would be willing to test out which release broke and which worked, all jruby-readline releases are at: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/staging/rubygems/jruby-readline/
