Document the "@lends Foo#" alternative to "@lends Foo.prototype" #128

The use of @lends MyConstructor.prototype is well documented, for examples through examples here and here.

@lends MyConstructor# seems to work the same way, but that syntax is not documented anywhere I can find. MyConstructor#instanceMember is documented here, but that doesn't document @lends MyConstructor# because it isn't clear that omitting the instanceMember part of the namepath is allowed or that it will cause the namepath to refer to the MyConstructor prototype.

@lends MyConstructor# is nice so if it works consistently it should be documented, probably in the namepath page.

I can provide a pull request for this if that would be helpful.
