send a non-zero exit code if script terminates early #61

The default behaviour for process.exit() sends an exit code of 0. This PR sends an exit code of 1 in the cases of error to indicate when the script has failed to complete

Thanks for the PR, this is great.

Note if you are using jspm through a build script that is written in JS, you can also use the new API layer through require('jspm') added here - https://github.com/jspm/jspm-cli/blob/master/api.js.

It currently only supports install, but other functions can be added pretty easily.
