[Dashboards] The first load of a calendar dashboard widget doesn't occlude available time with busy events (e.g. Labor Day) #751

A refresh properly removes the 'Work day' available event from an all-day holiday like Labor Day.

…boards. The first load of a calendar widget didn't occlude available time with busy events (e.g. Labor Day). Subsequent reloads and next/prev did. This now works properly.
