[Dashboards/Sessions] Migrate the 'Currently Online' section from pages to a configurable dashboard widget #882

This section has been show by default on pages for more than a decade.

It's long overdue that we convert it to a dashboard widget so people can choose when/where to use it.

That could also then include customization options, like hiding the worker list by default and allowing it to be expanded; or modifying the output.

Really, this could just be a worker worklist now with a filter like:

lastActivity:"-1 hour"
