Don't preload rspec/rails

In spin's preloader, "require 'rspec/rails'" results in parts of Rails getting loaded too soon.
In particular, Rails expects ActionView::TestCase::TestController to be defined after ActionController::Railties::Paths gets chance to set up an 'inherited' hook.  If rspec/rails loads before the application initializes, helper methods may not be available to view specs, for instance.
