Sometimes you want an articulation to send output events to the dst channels setup by a previous articulation.
Proposed syntax would be to use - as the output channel. This borrows the semantics of the - prefix to the output type which means future routing is not affected. So @- would imply -type because future routing isn't affected, and also all output events would be send to the existing dstchannel map.
Could use bit 23 of output event slot 0 to indicate this.
