Create actions to scroll through but not select articulations and another to activate #59

  1. When activation is expensive (e.g. using a preset to load patches instead of activating articulations in an already-loaded patch).
  2. Articulation filtering, when using the arrow keys to activate one of the articulations matching the filter. Currently this activates and hitting enter in the filter entry just clears the filter. A better UX is for enter to activate highlighted articulation and escape to clear filter and not do anything even if the arrow keys were used.
