Support the m attribute on articulations (which is currently only supported by banks.).
The messages will be rendered below the articulation, probably in smaller and slightly translucent font.
There probably should be some way to toggle visibility of articulation messages too, to handle the use-case of a user importing someone else's bank that may have unwanted messages.
