@atykhonov

Hi! Sorry for off topic. I installed emacs two days ago, I'm new in it, and now configuring everything in it... And trying to find how to do so that headings has different font sizes as I can see on the last screenshot. How did you do that? Could you push me in the right direction?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

The last screenshot has been taken with org-mode : http://orgmode.org/
It is an awesome outliner / organizer / publishing tool, you should definitely try it out.

Well, you'll either have to create your own theme that will change font size for org headings, or install one which already does, like color-theme-tangotango (but there are surely others). You can also start with a theme and modify it to suit your needs.

@atykhonov

Interesting thing. I tried theme-tangotango with org-mode, as I thought that this is feature of this color theme. But font sizes for different headings was the same. I tried in CLI and also in GUI. Also I should mention that I tried only with M-x load-theme (without config)

And recently I tried to put "(load-theme 'tangotango t)" into the ~/.emacs and really, fonts sizes changed! So, * Test is bigger then ** Test, actually result is the same as I can see on screenshot. And of course I see such result in GUI. As I understand this is expected that font sizes are the same for CLI...

Thank you a lot for your answers!
