pub-TiCkLe is an IRC eggdrop script that enables the use of several standard and additional eggdrop functions to be executed publicly in the channel.
pub-TiCkLe offers a tiered user access level both globally and a per-channel channel basis. Globally, users can have Global Owner, Global Master, Global Aop and Global auto-voice, and on a channel basis users can be granted: Channel Founder, Channel Master, Channel Aop, Channel Auto-voice.
