Cannot deploy charms from user or team namespace

Cannot deploy charms from my user namespace, or team namespace.

ubuntu@ip-10-20-100-90:$ juju --version
2.0.0-xenial-amd64
ubuntu@ip-10-20-100-90:$ charm version
charm 2.2.0-0ubuntu1ubuntu16.04.1ppa2
charm-tools 2.1.4

Provider: EC2

This issue exposes itself here when deployed from my team namespace, I get the same error when deploying from my personal namespace too -> http://paste.ubuntu.com/23350619/.
charm list -u createivedrive shows my charm -> http://paste.ubuntu.com/, but I'm not able to deploy it per ^. I have a feeling this is highly related to the reason I can't see my charms for any other namespace other than my user namespace in the charmstore via juju-gui. Logging into jujucharms.com, I am still able to view namespaces other than my personal namespace, see -> https://s18.postimg.org/skemexkk9/Screen_Shot_2016_10_19_at_2_16_15_PM.png, but when logged into the charmstore via juju-gui, I don't have access to any of the charms in my team namespaces, see -> https://s17.postimg.org/thm3ooapb/Screen_Shot_2016_10_19_at_2_18_15_PM.png

Possibly there are two separate issues at play here; 1. Cannot deploy charms in user namespace or team namespace, 2. Cannot view team namespace charms in juju-gui.
