This package will replace juju/schema and juju/environschema, in preparation for auto-generating prompts for add-cloud (and probably others later)

Initial code for jsonschema 
This implements a wrapper around github.com/lestrrat/go-jsschema that lets
us add our own custom values and makes the UX a litle nicer for our
purposes.
