Display the new quickstart bundle deploy id on the deploy details page

Quickstart will support the new bundle id format very soon so this updates the deploy page on the bundle details page to this new id format.

Visit the bundle details page for a promulgated and a namespaced bundle. On the "deploy" tab the quickstart deploy instructions should have id's in the format of bundle-version and u/username/bundle-version respectively.
