This increases the number of lines that we carry over from mongo -- when
mongo exits unexpectedly -- from 20 to 100.

QA: run godeps and ensure you get the updated testing repo.

Update juju testing dep 
This increases the number of lines that we carry over from mongo -- when
mongo exits unexpectedly -- from 20 to 100. And bumps the revision on
juju/utils because there are other commits that require them.
