Description of change

A simple rename of RemoteRelationArg to RemoteEntityArg to prepare for future changes.
Also, extract remote relations workers to separate files since more will be added and things are getting unwieldy. This is a simple cut and paste job.

QA steps

Deploy a cmr scenario.
