add support for logdet cone, trace norm cone, and Ky Fan norm cone

The 3.2.8 release of SCS added support for three other cones, the loget cone, the trace (or nuclear) norm cone, and Ky Fan (or sum of the k largest eigenvalues) norm cone. I'm not going to add support for them myself, but I thought it would be worth mentioning it here in case anybody is interested.
