A new kube-scheduler image version has been detected, version
v1.23.6.Please close and reopen this PR to run tests for now. This PR was opened with a
secrets.github_tokenand will therefore not trigger other workflows to run. This can be resolved if we create a bot account and use its personal access token instead.
