Monte is a Monte Carlo simualtion tool for reliability assessment of
building structures. It uses SPRNG random numbers generator library.

It can load problem solvers (like finite elemnt solvers) on runtime
as dynamic libraries.

It is able to run in parallel (then the MPI is used).
