Cache package needs to be updated #280

I noticed the Actions Caches page has been showing up empty recently. But it's weird because install-qt-action shows cache hits despite that. I tracked it down to actions/toolkit#1890 and can confirm the Caches page works properly after updating the dependency (I tried it in my fork).
