All installations appear to be broken.

The old cache has gone bye-bye today (see #280) and now it will always download the packages.

And it seems we are now hitting miurahr/aqtinstall#879 which is fixed in the latest aqtinstall.

There's some kind of outage with the official Qt download site (download.qt.io) today; it has been very slow or unresponsive. That and the old Actions cache service going offline are a pretty unfortunate combination.

aqtinstall has a way to change the default mirror and skip hash checking (as the full set of hash files are only hosted on the official download site), but it's a bit of a pain requiring a custom ini file. I believe setting baseurl: to something like https://qt.mirror.constant.com and INSECURE_NOT_FOR_PRODUCTION_ignore_hash: to True would work.

EDIT: See dpaulat/supercell-wx@d34224c for an example of passing an .ini file to aqtinstall. Instead of using INSECURE_NOT_FOR_PRODUCTION_ignore_hash, the author set hash_algorithm to sha1 and listed https://qt.mirror.constant.com under trusted_mirrors. This makes aqtinstall check download SHA1 instead of SHA256 hashes for each file, to work around the fact that only the official site has the SHA256 hashes, and specifies the mirror as trusted which allows it to be used as the hash source. Note that this would still not be recommended for "production" use since the point of the hashes is not only to check for download corruption, but to verify that the mirrors haven't tampered with the contents of the archives. Setting anything other than the official site as a trusted mirror undermines the latter part.

I also had issues on the https://download.qt.io/ webpage. The main page would show without any hitches but clicking on e.g. official_releases would hang.
