stream error: unexpected status 400 Bad Request:

No idea how to recreate this but I had 7 tabs of Coder open, went to bed, came back this morning and every tab prints this. I tried /compact, /new, continues to have error. Sorry I don't have an exact version number because I updated to newest version, but my last download was 1-2 days ago

Feel free to close if bug report is unhelpful, as I am not sure how to recreate this error
