Relaxation Method for solving Laplacian Potentials

Numerical solution to Laplace's equation on Cartesian boundaries. Uses the method of relaxation based on the properties of the Laplacian. Supports arbitrary (finite) boundaries, boundary conditions, and mesh sizes; asymmetric meshes; charge densities in the interior; relative convergence; and constant overrelaxation. Generates 3-D surface plots of the potential and 2-D electric field arrow plots with equipotential contours.
