Name already in use

It was trying to compile python3 code

In dual-language laptops, the multiply/divide key does not work in
Gnome, because Gnome takes control of keyboard settings, overriding OLPC
OS.

Workaround is to open Gnome Terminal, paste this command, and then
restart Gnome;

gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.keyboard active false

Bring this workaround into the build.

Rework of 28b669a now that Sugar 0.107.1 allows pulsing rate to be
configured.

Activity visibility on first boot was controlled by an
activities.defaults file, but with Sugar 0.107.0.olpc.3 the fix for
SL#4841 changes to an activities.hidden file.

The changed polarity is significant enough to break the meaning of the
module options, so they are changed as well.

Microformat updater was not working; did not find activities to update,
because the settings were not in the built system.

Set the GSettings for the updater in the chroot not in the build host,
and use the full versioned group URL not the base URL.
