특정 난이도 범위, 특정 tag의 문제들을 추가하는 기능이 있었으면 좋겠습니다!

e.g.) tag.txt
[tag_name] [lower] [upper] 혹은 [tag_name] [difficulty]
number-theory 2200 2500 혹은 geometry 2100

diff.txt에 태그 옵션을 넣거나, 아니면 diff.txt에서 요구하는 문제 + tag.txt에서 요구하는 문제로 contest를 만들면 좋을 것 같아요 😍
