CoMap version 1.4
A program for susbtitution mapping and co-evolution detection.

This package contains:
- the CoMap executable,
- an example option file, names Template.coe,
- 2 R scripts for computing p-values and format the output of the program,
- help files describing the program options,
- the MICA executable.
