掲題のケースは結構発生する

現在AM8:00の時点で全レース取得して、その時点での締め切り時刻を基準にクロールのスケジューリングをしている
レースの基本情報も再取得する（安全板に着用とか周回短縮とか直前じゃないとわからないから）
なのでその時に締め切り時刻の変更自体は検出されるが、既にスケジューリングされているクロールタスクのリスケなどは行われない

なのでレース締め切り時刻が変更されたらクロールのタイミングが意図したものと数分ずれるし、最悪データ取得自体失敗する

レース基本情報再取得時にクロールのスケジューリングをするとかにしたほうがいいのかも
