Can't seem to get much joy out of navigator.onLine on Chrome or Firefox on Desktops.
However on Android, trigger Airplane mode quickly makes it change to a red border colour.

Can't understand how to debug network in Firefox 10. Doesn't seem to download OGG in background as expected to. :(
Work around for triggering offline mode in Firefox is the "Work Offline" mode from the File menu.
