Just wanted to chime in - this is the correct fantastic60.hex; I just used it to reflash my board. I would advise merging this PR into master -- would have saved me an hour of Googling.

For future readers: if you're getting a write-protected error when reflashing your Fantastic60 board, it's because fantastic60.hex does not exist in /common/firmware/. Download that file from #12 and you shouldn't have any more errors.
