Trying to run Kamal Gill's flask-appengine-template on the GAE dev server on Windows. Get this error when trying to GET a page. Already tried re-installing both Python and App Engine. After deployment, works well.

Just curious how Python was installed on your system? Using the 2.7 installer from ActiveState, or the one from python.org? Also, 32-bit or 64-bit? Just trying to get some more info to reproduce the problem.

Looks like a permission problem on the c:\python27\dlls folder;

XP with python2.7 from python.org
32bit WIN7 with 32bit python2.7 from python.org
Both computers have same issue.
GAE SDK is the latest version.
