    * kame/kame/natptconfig/*.[chly58]:
    - About natptcofig command
      - Add "-q" option to suppress error message.
      - Change it to return non ZERO value when detects syntax error.
    - NAT-PT rule has rule number.
      You can omit rule number when setting NAT-PT. In this case,
      behaviour of natptconfig command is same as previous.
      Rules can be deleted individually; Rule number can be
      renumbered;
    - see natptconfig(8) and natpt.conf(5) for more detail.
  3. - Add a description about handling of rule number.

  3. wipe away the remaining code fragments which might be

    kjc
    kjc committed Feb 12, 2002
    inherited from rsvpd.

    history note:
    	the first version of this file was derived from
    	rtap_main.c in the rsvpd package from USC/ISI.
    	basically it's just a skelton of a select loop
    	but I also didn't add much so that I simply put the
    	original USC copyright on this file.
    	in 2001, the OpenBSD team started a campaign to sweep
    	copyrights which include "without fee". (they claim
    	it's an ambiguous expression but many people don't
    	quite understand it.)
    	Theo and I had a chance to talk to the rsvp team at IETF
    	in August 2001, and requested them to update the copyright.
    	the rsvp guys said "the imported code fragments in this
    	file are very small. it's better to replace the copyright
    	by rewriting them, rather than going through the lawers
    	for copyright update. then, Theo modified this file and
    	removed the USC copyright.
    	but some people without the knowledge of the background
    	expressed concerns about Theo's removing the USC copyright.
    	this commit is to clear up the issue.
