      overrided the map of algorithms supported whenever a user calls
      pfkey_recv_register().
    - added ipsec_check_keylen2().  It's called with sa-type instead
      supported-type.
    - added pfkey_set_supported().  It's called with sadb_msg buffer,
      and make the map.
