Fixing rib surgery

Wasn't working because I was using EPOE rib defName

Updates to A18

Even more bone reparations available: pelvis, all arm and leg bones (hopefully all bones - Thanks to @Devdisigdu )

Also added Cirrhosis treatment.

Added a bit of code and comment intended to other modders about modded humanoid race compatibility patch

Tweaked a bit more difficulties and requirement for surgeries as users suggested (Thank you all)

• Improved compatibility
• Remove modded Anaesthetic effect : it is in the base game now
• Surgeries are a little bit more easy to success at

• Easy surgery have surgerySuccessChanceFactor set to 1.1 (it was 0.95)
• Normal surgery have surgerySuccessChanceFactor set to 0.95 (it was 0.8)
• Hard surgery have surgerySuccessChanceFactor set to 0.85 (it was 0.6)
• Very Hard surgery have surgerySuccessChanceFactor set to 0.7 (it was 0.5)

• Changed the value of <surgeonsurgerysuccess> and <roomSurgerySuccess>
  : The more the surgery difficulty increase, the more the Quality/Cleanliness of
  the hospital bed/room and the Medicine skill impact the chance of success
• Add <successfullyRemovedHediffMessage> for each recipe where it was
  applicable (in game message up screen about successful treatment)
• Add mention about surgeries cost in each recipes <label>
