Create slides with the challenges for each session

I had quite a bit of confusion with make, because of the wildcard stuff, but I think it's good enough.

Slides are in syllabus/slides/

I have to modify the last line of the makefile to ruby grab_challenges.rb $(<F) in order for this to work. Is this different on your machine? If so I won't make any changes.

Maybe grab_challenges.rb didn't show up as executable? What sort of error do you get?

Making it ruby grab_challenges.rb $(<F) will work fine for me though.

That sounds right, I get a "command not found" error.
