No problem. If it helps someone else from wasting a while trying to figure out what that HDF error is all about...

If you're curious, what I'm trying is image tagging/'multilabel image classification' ie. I pulled a thousand images off Danbooru with ~15 tags each (Danbooru has >264,587 tags used >48,269,184 times over >2,217,201 images so it's potentially way bigger a dataset than MS Coco), then I am just dumping them into Neuraltalk2 with 'captions' which are just permutations of the set of tags. (After all, nothing says the language model has to be regular English prose!) First run overnight actually worked kinda sorta OK so I'm restarting with a bigger set of images and CNN finetuning enabled to see how much it can improve.
