Studio creation / management pages

  • Make the profile page's switching buttons more obvious
  • Align the profile page's switching buttons with rest of UI elements
  • Inform people that they can change their group settings / create new groups before they enter the profile page (maybe some reminder text on "browse studios" / "find studios" page?)
  • "Create new" / "Save" is a bit confusing, maybe adding some helper text or pop-up
  • Some text labels better explaining what the fields' purposes are
  • I still don't understand what is "outstanding invites"

Browse / find studios page

  • As Dave said, pre-load some results (maybe the default "general" category) before user conducts searches
  • Better alignment for UI elements such as text labels, input fields and buttons, add explanatory prompt texts as needed
  • Better UI treatment for studio search results
  • Currently it's kinda unclear to normal users that you have to "double-click" to get into a studio's detail page (maybe give user a button, or make it single-click?)

Studio detail page

  • Title text field needs to show full name (right now only shows like first 5 characters)
  • The description is in a non-editable <textarea> box which may confuse users
  • Add profile images to studio members
  • Show more info regarding studio members if mouse-over (this is taken from the Google Sites' proposal)
  • Show apps of this studio only to members not to outsiders (this is taken from the Google Sites' proposal)
