Higgs Datascience Analysis

Code for my analysis of the Higgs dataset.

The analysis seeks to determine the existence of the Higgs boson using methods that can be generalized to classify other (not yet found) fundamental particles.

The main models are based on variations of artificial neural networks.

Installation

git clone https://github.com/Kasperfred/higgs-datascience-analysis.git

cd higgs-datascience-analysis

pip install -r requirements.txt

Quick Start

To run the models, you can use the main file after adding the experiments you wish to run to the experiments list.

python main.py

You can use a pretrained model by specifying a load_from path when initializing the model class in main.py. The data used in the report can be found in the file results.json.
