A simple Python3 program to calculate TIGER rates (Cummins & McInerney 2011). Currently supported formats: FASTA, CLDF, harvest-style CSV (examples of FASTA and harvest-style CSV can be found from directory example-files). Use tiger-calculator.py or tiger-calculator.py --help to see available options.
