-b option is for "bare" not for silence #44

All of the customizations above can be used, too. This one compiles silently with the -b option, but shows any errors:

autocmd BufWritePost *.coffee silent CoffeeMake! -b | cwindow | redraw!

Not really an issue, but -b option is not for silence, but to compile with bare (without the surrounding function to avoid clobbering on the global namespace).

That's some awkward wording from me I guess. I meant to say something like

This one compiles silently and with the -b option, but shows any errors

I'll change that in the readme.
