✨ Update to Kubernetes 1.27.3 [WIP]

Summary

This bumps the repository to Kubernetes 1.27. As per guide ( https://github.com/kcp-dev/kcp/blob/main/docs/content/developers/rebasing-kubernetes.md ) I checked for changes upstream via

cd kubernetes
cd staging/src/k8s.io/code-generator

git diff v1.26.3..v1.27.3 cmd/client-gen/ cmd/informer-gen/ cmd/lister-gen/

but found not relevant changes to the generators.
