  • Change the creation of the CoreDNS Deployment and associated resources from a static creation (in the workload sync CLI command) to have the syncer itself create it dynamically, one dpeloyment per user-workspace synced to this Syncer.
  • Cleanup the CoreDNS Deployment when no more namespaces are related the corresponding user workspace.

This is a followup of PR #1708, especially the discussions starting here: #1708 (review)
