Screen refresh has be factored out of the player move function, and screen now refreshed once per game loop rather than once per player move. Added bonus: GUI "exit" button now quits the game.

now applied properly to the rogue when he wears/wields equipment. Combat now works properly. (strength @propery was needed in Player class). I actually tested this time before committing :-( and nothing obvious is broken.
