When selection an entity definition file, combine both types in one view #1501

Are you saying that the .def file was somehow hidden from the "Open File" dialog? Or do you want both files to be merged if they are present? Because that's not going to happen. Pester the author(s) to improve the FGD file instead, those are far superior to DEF files. |

I think this is pretty self explanatory going by the title, but I'll elaborate why I think this would be a good idea.
I recently started working with the Arcane Dimensions (1.42patch2) mod in TB, and so I had to load the mod and select the entity definition as per usual. All fine and good.
Except that I could only see .fgd files in the browser due to how that window is configured by default. And AD comes packaged with two files, a .fgd and a .def file. These two files are not identical, at least not when used with TB. Both work just fine, but the .def file includes information that is displayed in the editor itself that you would otherwise need to go to the readme to find. Neat.
So, my point here isn't really about AD. It's about the fact that for something that is at most going to be one or two files of a different type, it seems strange to not show both types of file when selecting them. Because the .fgd was shown by default, I worked for quite a while unaware of the existence of the superior .def file. Showing .def and .fgd in the same view might not have stopped me from making a poor decision, but it would have helped me potentially avoid making it, at little cost to usability.
