hitting escape without typing anything after fd erases prompt

if i hit ESC quickly after fd or Alt-c on a new powershell the prompt disappears from the display until I hit ESC again.

Thanks for submitting the issue. I have an idea about what's going on, but I'm not sure how to solve the problem.

Basically fzf is capturing the escape, but the process in the PowerShell module function doesn't execute until it receives input, which triggers the process to exit.
