Version 3.2.0

I'm happy to announce the release of VBCorLib 3.2.

This release provides some minor updates:

• Fixes BigInteger string parsing and output.
• Optimizes several string routines.
• Removed dependencies causing incompatibility with Windows XP.

This will probably be the last 3.x version. Next will be 4.x and will not be binary compatible.

Version 2.3.0

This release is to bring parity with the version available at Source Forge. The source is not of the original v2.3 version, however the compiled library is version v2.3.0.
