It appears the SOA recorded is never created or saved when adding a new domain.

I'm learning Ruby on Rails while developing my own version of your PowerDNS on Rails (forked), I'm having a similar issue where I would create the domain name and the record is created in the database but the record type (SOA) is not. Could you point me in the right direction on how this issue was fixed?

Hello. In fresh install it's bug is live.. please fix it.
