hi, it would be nice if a power at 0 supply centers auto-removes during the build phase. In the few games I've played, there are always delays when a defeated player doesn't submit removal orders after being eliminated.

I believe this is actually a sizeable change due to the way the adjudicator works. Nevertheless, it's something that we should definitely do.


yes, everything with "auto" in it is a bit tricky I guess :)
