Update CSS/JS to use hooks provided by Jenkins 1.538 #49

I'm curious about this - the PR I linked to has now landed.

How many of you are using older Jenkins versions than 1.538? Your code would break if you tried to use a newer version of Doony with updated CSS/JS hooks.

I use Jenkins ver. 1.531 but can easily upgrade to 1.538 since we're a smallish team. I would welcome better hooks, because its a bit of an uphill climb when skinning Jenkins

I worked on this a little bit last night but found more bugs (sadly). I've submitted more pull requests to the Jenkins project to fix my previous one
